- Nature of Service
Our primary service involves drafting and delivering Advance Ruling Documents based on the client’s submitted information and requirements. This is a customized, knowledge-based service.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions only:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same transaction, the extra charge will be refunded upon verification.
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed document and a written request for cancellation is submitted before delivery.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Service (Only if Due to Our Error): If the delivered document contains substantial errors that are proven to be due to our mistake and we are unable to rectify it within four working days.
- Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the User.
- Once the “Advance decision” PDF file is shared with the User.

- Your name and contact information
- Order ID and date
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction ID
- Any supporting documents (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
- Refund Mode and Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. It may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
